The professional interests of our company are: the selling of real estates in the region of Rovinj and Istria, and in cooperation with other agencies we are also dealing with real estates in other part of the Republic of Croatia and abroad.
OUR SERVICES
We are offering a complete service for our potential buyer or seller, from the first contact, viewing of real estates, to the conclusion of the sales contract, to the registration of the new owner in the land register and the delivery of the documents proving the ownership.
Together with our partners, we are dealing with all the administrative-technical issues related to the real estate: the registration of agencies, building, adaptation, equipping etc.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Foreign citizens can buy real estates in the Republic of Croatia, but they need consent for the acquisition of ownership rights on a property issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Croatia.
The consent is issued to the citizens of those countries with which the Republic of Croatia has signed the Statute of reciprocity for the acquisition of ownership rights.
The real estate prices are not fixed. The buyer is negotiating the final price with the seller in the presence of an intermediary.
COMMISSION AND TAXES
The price of a real estate does not include taxes and agency commission. The real estate traffic tax amounts 3% of the market value of the real estate evaluated by the Tax Administration of the Republic of Croatia.
The agency commission for the service of intermediation is settled with each client individually depending on the type and value of the real estate5
The annual tax on holiday houses i.e. ‘weekend houses’ amounts 2 EUR per square meter.
